About

Voice, Influence, Be Empowered

VIBE is a project for and led by young women and girls aged 12-19 to have a say on issues affecting them and make changes locally, regionally and nationally.

The project aims to give young women and girls (YWAG) aged 12-19 a voice on issues affecting them and support them to have strategic influence leading to positive changes locally and nationally. VIBE is operated and managed by Together Women, an organisation with expertise in gender-specific models of work with women.

Since 2016, VIBE has explored new ways of communicating with, engaging, and supporting vulnerable girls to develop effective approaches that address the risks they face, with the aim of reducing harm and victimisation, whilst building resilience.

This toolkit represents the final phase of the VIBE project, in which we hope to help organisations working with YWAG apply aspects of our model within their own context, or download specific resources.

A toolkit for any organisation seeking to engage and support girls, in any and all settings and locations.
